Program description
Impact Foundry LLC sends text messages to clients and prospective clients who have opted in. Messages include account notifications, appointment and meeting reminders, onboarding and training updates, and replies to questions you send us.
How you opt in
You opt in by giving us your mobile number and agreeing to receive texts, for example when you contact us, sign up for our services, or complete one of our forms, or by texting us first. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies based on your account activity and requests. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message at any time to stop receiving texts. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages after that. To start again, reply START.

Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy for more information.
Messages from businesses using our platform
Businesses that use the Impact Foundry client platform send text messages to their own customers, under their own business name, and with their own opt-in, opt-out, and help instructions. Those messages are governed by that business's own terms and privacy policy. Replying STOP to any of those messages also stops further texts from that business.
